It is an art to live without intervening yourself.

In order to gain insight into from where your path of suffering originates, you must correct your faulty train of thoughts and the unfounded feelings again and again. And you must keep in mind that you are not the one who happens to see this or that but it is Consciousness in which all these pictures arise. If you are in reality a king but you think you are a beggar, there is only one way to shed that beggar’s belief: behave like a king. That is not acting as if; because you already are a king. There is absolutely no need for imitation, you know. The King’s thought is: “I am not the one that is thinking thoughts. Instead, I am the immutable Seeing in which each feeling, each thought and every thinkable object appears.”As Consciousness I am everything and nothing at the same time. This is something that you can See, right now.
