There are two kinds of fear, physical and psychological fear

If you have the same thought coming back continuously, it is usually to do with the area of pleasure or pain. From these thoughts the desire arises to repeat the pleasure or to avoid the pain. Take fear for example. Fear is a thing that always prevents you from getting insight into yourself and into your relation to people or other things. Through the body all kinds of feelings present themselves, a feeling of hunger, a feeling of thirst, a feeling of pain, of love and so forth… but also sensations that you have learned to label as feelings of fear or panic. Then there are incredible waves of energy that seem to be felt in specific areas of your body. In reality they show up in the timeless space.
